To design an exterior for El Kawther New District Project that not only stands out aesthetically in the vibrant El Kawther district but also withstands the unique coastal climate of Hurghada, ensuring longevity and minimal maintenance, while offering a diverse range of units from smart studios to family apartments with luxurious penthouses.
The Solution:
