Designing a project that captures the essence of coastal living while providing a modern, urban feel. The Beirut project aimed to attract a younger, dynamic demographic looking for stylish and functional homes near the sea.

We adopted a "Coastal Modern" design language, featuring clean lines, large balconies, and contemporary color palettes. The interior design focused on open-plan concepts and smart storage solutions, perfect for a modern coastal lifestyle.
