Following the success of Royal 1, the challenge for Royal 2 was to evolve the "Royal" brand. We aimed to integrate more contemporary design elements while maintaining the signature luxury and quality that our clients expect.
The Solution:
Royal 2 features a more streamlined, modern aesthetic with bold architectural lines and expansive glass surfaces. We integrated smart building features and optimized the internal flow to cater to the needs of modern families and high-end rental markets.
